Hello, my name is Jay Gary.
I serve as an assistant professor of leadership studies, building on 25 years of consulting in public, private and non-profit circles. I am the program director for the M.A. in Strategic Foresight @ Regent Univ., and teach futures from the MBA to PhD. My research interests are environmental analysis, corporate foresight, strategic leadership, alliance management, and foresight measures/scales for individuals, groups and organizations.
